Kristian is also a sought after advisor for emerging teams regarding fund establishment and investment structures as well as for institutional investors on fund and governance structures, investments, capitalizations, ownership agreements, and incentive programs.

Kristian is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. Has US and Swedish law degrees and a bachelor’s degree in economics.
